The National Immigrant Justice Center (NIJC) invites rising third-year law students and recent law graduates to join us as legal fellows for up to two years, beginning in the fall of 2025. NIJC seeks to host fellows through programs including Equal Justice Works, the Skadden Foundation, Soros Fellowships, and other public interest fellowships, including law school funded programs. NIJC will work with candidates to develop proposals for submission, helping tailor proposals to address important immigration rights issues. To apply, please send a resume, letter of interest, law school transcripts, and writing sample via the application form below. Though we will consider applications on a rolling basis, applications should be submitted to NIJC no later than August 5, 2024, to ensure sufficient time for selection and to prepare the fellowship proposals.
